Whisky Tasting Flights and a Whisky Dinner at Tokyo Bird

Whisky flights all day!

Following a sellout last year, we’re starting World Whisky Day 2016 from 1pm with whisky tasting flights ALL DAY LONG!

You’ll have a choice of four whisky tasting flights (and a secret baller flight) covering world or Japanese whiskies so that you can taste your way through the glorious world of whiskies!

Food and snacks available all day too. Bookings recommended.


For the day, Tokyo Bird is also hosting an exclusive whisky dinner in collaboration with Melbourne chef Adam Liston (ex chef / owner of Northern Light Yakitori Bar).

Food and whisky lovers can indulge together with five premium Japanese whiskies matched with five courses of modern Japanese cuisine in celebration of Japan’s ‘water of life’.

Japanese whiskies to include (15ml tasting pours – served neat):

  • Nikka Whisky Taketsuru Pure Malt 12 year old
  • Nikka Whisky Yoichi single malt
  • Ichiro’s Malt Mizunara Wood Reserve pure malt
  • Suntory Whisky Hibiki 17 year old blended malt
  • Suntory Whisky Yamazaki Limited Edition 2015 single malt
